I’m here to be your own personal champion, to help you see things differently, and encourage you forward (with love of course!)
As an accredited International Change Practitioner I have years of experience helping people through corporate change. However, it was conquering tough times in my personal life that inspired me to become a life coach.
Some years ago, I felt utterly lost after a marriage that could best be described as ‘challenging’. I had spent a decade out of the workforce. My self-confidence was shattered. I couldn’t see what to do next.
But something inside stirred me on.
This wasn’t the story I wanted to live. I deserved better!
I began taking steps to reestablish my sense of self and my career. I completed my accreditation as a professional coach with the International Coaching Academy and found new purpose in helping other women.
Our tailored life coaching sessions will draw on the knowledge and strength I know already resides in you. They’ll be gently challenging because nothing happens without a little work :), but I’ve got you!
You won’t be doing this alone.
We will work together towards long lasting,

How Life Coaching Program "Your Next Best Step" Works
Your Next Best Step is an 8-week program guided by a life coach. It is tailored to suit your needs, your wants, and you future. The program includes:
- Getting to know you using a Mindset Profiling Tool
- Weekly one-on-one sessions
- Progressive weekly action plan with bite-sized, manageable steps
- Weekly check-ins and support via email
With each weekly session, we will set a new intention that builds on the previous week's work. You'll also be given weekly action points that move you forward in a manageable, non-scary way :).
Together we will work through any challenges and overcome limiting beliefs and personal barriers.
By the end of this program, you'll feel ready and excited to embrace the changes in your life. You will know who you are and who you want to be.
Most of all, you will have started taking concrete, positive action to achieve the future you desire and deserve!
